When your payment is done, you can get the package within 14 days

Bags or Luggage: Shipping Fee $31
*if you buy more than 1 item, add extra shipping fee.
But we’ll suggest reasonable shipping fee.
*we can arrange ‘Express’ delivery but shipping costs will be expensive
How to pay
All Orders are processed via PayPal.
Standard International Shipping (with Tracking Number)
All Orders will be shipped via the Indonesia Postal Service “Pos Indonesia”
Also Pos Indonesia Tracking number will be provided. You can check where your package is any time at below link.

All orders will arrive 2-4 weeks depending on region.

URBNCASE Returns Policy
Items purchased can’t be accept returns or exchange, we only accept returns or exchange if the products that we provide troubled, damaged or defective items.
Provided it is within 3 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.

Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and please post the package to URBNCASE.
URBNCASE will try to process your return as soon as it arrives.
For customer satisfaction, we will pay all cost shipping and replace the product with a new item if stock is still available.
